1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Mëso Anglisht Offline application (Package ID: com.tloshi.fjalori) ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mëso Anglisht Offline is a language learning application designed to help Albanian speakers learn English through interactive lessons, categories, groups, and AI-powered content generation.

2.1 Service Features

• Access to categorized learning content
• Sentence translations between Albanian and English
• AI-generated learning topics and materials
• Progress tracking and personalization
• Offline access to downloaded content
• Multi-device synchronization

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any activity that may harm the App or other users.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape or extract data from the App without permission
• Use the App to distribute spam or unsolicited content

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content provided through the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Mëso Anglisht Offline or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5.2 User-Generated Content

Any data you input or create within the App (such as favorites, progress, and personalized settings) remains your property. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process this data to provide our services.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated through AI features is provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the correctness of all AI-generated translations or learning materials.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.1 Data Storage

• We use Firebase and Hive for data storage
• Your learning progress is synchronized across devices
• Offline data is stored locally on your device

7. Subscription and Payments

7.1 Free and Premium Features

The App may offer both free and premium subscription features. Premium features are subject to additional payment terms.

7.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Billing cycles may be monthly or annual
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

7.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8.2 Educational Purpose

The App is designed for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or language proficiency levels.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

The App may integrate with third-party services (such as AI APIs, payment processors, and analytics providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Albania.
